Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead interoperability strategy for the Signify Health data platform, shaping bi-directional data exchange with EMRs and HIEs using HL7, FHIR, and C-CDA.

You will collaborate with data engineering, BI, clinical teams, and legal to define the roadmap and develop scalable reporting for health plan clients, reporting to the Lead Director, Data Product.

Qualifications

• 6+ years professional experience, with 4+ years in product roles focused on data products or platforms
• Prior healthcare technology experience
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, C-CDA data exchange formats
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with EMR integrations (Epic, Cerner)
• AI/ML experience leveraging AI tools
• Snowflake experience

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and roadmap for bi-directional data exchange across internal and external systems (EMRs, HIEs) using HL7/FHIR/C-CDA
• Develop scalable reporting solutions for health plan clients
