Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to join the Signify Health team and advance our data platform interoperability initiatives. You will shape the vision and roadmap for bi-directional data exchange using HL7, FHIR, and C-CDA, connecting EMRs and HIEs with our internal products, and delivering scalable reporting for health plan clients.

You'll collaborate across data engineering, BI, clinical, legal, and client teams, reporting to the Lead Director, Data Product, and driving impact

Qualifications

6+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in product-based roles.
Healthcare technology experience.
Familiarity with interoperability and standard data exchange formats (HL7, FHIR, C-CDA).
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the interoperability strategy and client reporting capabilities for the data platform.
Define the product vision and roadmap for bi-directional data exchange leveraging HL7, FHIR, and C-CDA.
Collaborate with data engineering, BI, clinical, and legal teams and engage with clients.
Develop scalable reporting solutions for health plan clients.
