Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with 4+ years in product roles focused on data products or platforms.
• Healthcare technology experience.
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and C-CDA data exchange formats.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Define interoperability strategy and client reporting capabilities for the data platform.
• Set product vision and roadmap for bi-directional data exchange using FHIR and C-CDA to connect internal products with EMRs and HIEs.
• Develop scalable reporting solutions for health plan clients.
• Collaborate with data engineering, BI, clinical teams, and legal, plus active client engagement.
