Job summary

CVS Health, working with Signify Health, is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead interoperability strategy and client reporting for our health data platform. You will define the product vision and roadmap for bi-directional data exchange with EMRs and HIEs, leveraging HL7, FHIR, and C-CDA standards, and develop scalable reporting for health plan clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years professional experience, with 4+ years in product roles focused on data platforms
• Healthcare technology experience
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, C-CDA data exchange formats
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Define the interoperability strategy and client reporting capabilities for the data platform
• Lead the product vision and roadmap for bi-directional data exchange with external systems (EMRs/HIEs)
• Collaborate with data engineering, BI, clinical teams and legal; engage directly with clients
• Report to the Lead Director, Data Product within the technology organization
