Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead interoperability strategy for a data platform, leveraging FHIR and C-CDA to connect EMRs and HIEs and support client reporting. You will define the product vision, roadmap, and collaborate with engineering, BI, clinical, and legal teams, while engaging clients.

The role reports to the Lead Director, Data Product, within the technology organization and requires strong communication and healthcare tech experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience including 4+ years in product roles with a focus on data products or platforms.
• Experience in healthcare interoperability and standard data exchange formats such as HL7, FHIR, C-CDA.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead interoperability strategy and client reporting for our data platform.
• Define the product vision and roadmap for bi-directional data exchange with EMRs and HIEs.
• Collaborate with data engineering, business intelligence, clinical teams, and legal, and engage with clients.
