Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Product Manager to lead interoperability strategy for a healthcare data platform, enabling bi-directional data exchange with EMRs and HIEs using FHIR and C-CDA.

You will collaborate with data engineers, BI, clinical teams and legal to define the product vision, roadmap, and scalable reporting for health plan clients, reporting to the Lead Director, Data Product.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years professional experience including 4+ years in product roles with a focus on data products or platforms.
• Healthcare technology experience required.
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and C-CDA interoperability standards.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the interoperability strategy and lead client reporting capabilities for the data platform.
• Set the product vision and roadmap for bi-directional data exchange with EMRs and HIEs.
• Collaborate with data engineering, BI, clinical, and legal teams and with clients to ensure alignment and delivery.
