Job summary

CVS Health's Signify Health team is seeking a Product Manager to lead interoperability strategy and client reporting for our data platform, enabling bi-directional data exchange with EMRs and HIEs using FHIR and C-CDA. You will report to the Lead Director, Data Product, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver scalable reporting solutions for health plan clients.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience, including 4+ years in product roles focused on data products.
• Healthcare technology experience.
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR and C-CDA data formats.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead interoperability strategy and client reporting capabilities for our data platform.
• Define product vision and roadmap for bi-directional data exchange with EMRs and HIEs.
