Job summary

Auction.com, the leading online marketplace for residential real estate, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive strategy and growth of consumer experiences in Irvine, CA. You will partner with engineering, design, and marketing to optimize activation, retention, and conversion across the funnel.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in B2C product roles, strong analytics (SQL, Amplitude), and a track record of data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a high-growth B2C or consumer tech environment.
• Proven success leading customer-facing product initiatives focused on engagement, acquisition, or retention.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to make product decisions (SQL, Amplitude).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and leadership.
• Experience with growth loops, funnel design, and behavioral experimentation is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Agile processes and modern product development practices.
• Real estate or marketplace experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product roadmap for B2C experience and engagement tools.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve activation, retention, and conversion across the consumer funnel.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: from discovery and validation through delivery and iteration.
• Lead AI-driven initiatives to enhance and personalize key customer experiences.
