Job summary

Bidbus is seeking a hands-on Head of Growth, Consumer Product in Irvine, CA to own and scale our consumer journey from acquisition through retention. You will build a repeatable growth engine with a strong framework, lead experiments, and prioritize high-impact opportunities across paid and non-paid channels.

Ideal candidates combine a growth PM background with deep analytical skills, comfort moving between strategy and execution, and a passion for consumer marketplaces.

Qualifications

• Strong product/growth PM background.
• Experience owning consumer activation, onboarding, conversion, lifecycle, or marketplace growth.
• Analytical with ability to build growth frameworks from scratch.
• Strong experimentation and prioritization judgment.
• Very hands-on and able to move between strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the full consumer journey end-to-end from acquisition to referral.
• Build a growth framework, metric tree, and experimentation system.
• Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and prioritize focus areas.
• Balance bold growth bets with optimizing the existing funnel.
• Decide when to explore new opportunities and when to double down on what works.
• Understand consumer intent, pricing sensitivity, and conversion behavior.
• Decide investments across paid and non-paid growth channels.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data, and Operations.
• Dive into data, user behavior, experiments, UX, and growth problems.
