Job summary

Bidbus, Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own Supply Growth and the end-to-end consumer journey—from acquisition to sale.

You will partner with founders to identify growth bottlenecks, run rapid experiments, and drive bold bets to scale the marketplace for selling vehicles. You will drive seller growth strategy, optimize the conversion funnel, and develop new acquisition channels while collaborating with Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Operations to ship impactful

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience building or scaling a two-sided marketplace.
• Strong experience owning consumer growth metrics and conversion funnels.
• Experience leading cross-functional product teams from idea to launch.
• Highly analytical; data-driven decision making.
• High ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end seller growth strategy and roadmap.
• Optimize the seller conversion funnel from lead to sale.
• Build product-led growth initiatives including referrals, retention, reactivation, and viral loops.
• Develop new acquisition channels and scalable systems to expand seller supply.
• Identify customer pain points using research, analytics, and experimentation.
• Design and execute A/B tests to improve activation, conversion, and retention.
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve acquisition quality and CAC efficiency.
• Work with Design, Engineering, and Operations to ship impactful products quickly.
• Lead breakthrough product initiatives that redefine how consumers sell vehicles online.
• Set product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for Supply Growth.
