Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a seasoned product leader to manage an enterprise AI training and adoption program. You will own vision, roadmap, and delivery across all lines of business, building an AI Champion Network and coordinating with AI vendors and SMEs to enable practical, safe use of AI in daily work.

Responsibilities include research-led strategy, development of adoption tools, enterprise training planning, and data-driven prioritization to improve training completion and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 5 years of related experience.
• 7+ years of Product Management experience in agile software development with strong customer-experience focus.
• 6+ years in hands-on technical role (production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture) in large-scale environments.
• Experience running technology training or enablement programs for a large distributed workforce.
• Experience coordinating vendor-led training and co-delivering sessions with SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for enterprise AI training and adoption across lines of business.
• Conduct market and customer research to shape strategy and roadmap.
• Develop adoption tools and training materials aligned to real workflows and safe AI use.
• Plan and facilitate enterprise AI trainings; manage vendor-led sessions with SMEs.
• Lead the AI Champion Network to drive adoption and feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training readiness with new AI launches.
• Analyze data to prioritize features, assess risks, and inform decisions on training outcomes.
• Coordinate with outside partners and AI vendors delivering training.
• Identify blockers and drive improvements within scope of influence.
• Contribute to other duties/projects as assigned by management.
