Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the enterprise AI portfolio, guiding vision and an integrated roadmap across governance, platform, engineering and adoption teams. You will balance business objectives with employee needs and drive sequencing, delivery, and stakeholder alignment to meet commitments and improve performance.

Across the portfolio, you will collaborate with technology, security, and identity partners, analyze data to prioritize features, and manage dependencies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of related work experience.
• Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience.
• 6+ years experience in hands on technical writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in large scale company/application/product environment.
• 7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the enterprise AI portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Own the operating cadence the organization runs on, including quarterly planning, portfolio reviews and leadership forums.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, architecture, and stakeholders to drive technical delivery and product releases.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize features, assess risks, and support decision-making processes.
• Identify execution issues and drive improvement plans to resolve them, tracking commitments to closure.
• Manage product backlog and coordinate Agile ceremonies to maintain efficient development flow across teams.
• Lead high-urgency or high-sensitivity initiatives assigned by senior leadership and drive to delivery.
