Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the enterprise AI assistant for employees. You will own the product lifecycle, align vision with business goals, and collaborate across business owners, platform teams, and operations to deliver features efficiently.

You will balance employee insights, technical feasibility, cost per interaction, and business objectives, driving performance, accuracy, and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree with required experience in a technical field.
• Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a hands-on technical role writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in a large-scale environment.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle by defining vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business and technical goals, including capabilities and entry points the assistant supports.
• Evaluate emerging AI models, patterns, and platform advances, shaping the roadmap to adapt without disrupting employees.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and inform product decisions using usage, resolution quality, and cost per interaction data.
• Translate product strategy into detailed features and user stories, managing the product backlog to support distributed Agile development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate release schedules and onboard partner teams for new capabilities.
• Monitor product performance and quality in production, addressing defects and driving continuous improvement as the operations team's primary contact.
• Partner with security, privacy, and governance teams to keep the product aligned with responsible AI practices as requirements change.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
