Job summary

T-Mobile in Frisco, TX is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the enterprise AI portfolio end-to-end, aligning vision with business goals across governance, platform, engineering and adoption teams.

You will lead quarterly planning, manage dependencies, and partner with stakeholders to drive delivery, employee experience and operational efficiency while balancing strategic priorities in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent
• 7+ years in related work experience; 6+ years in hands-on technical writing, production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture
• 7+ years in Product Management within an agile software development environment; strong customer experience understanding

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle for enterprise AI portfolio with a single delivery roadmap across governance, platform, engineering and adoption teams
• Lead the operating cadence: quarterly planning, portfolio reviews, leadership forums, and executive calendars
• Coordinate with development, architecture and stakeholders to drive delivery and manage dependencies
• Analyze data to prioritize features, assess risks and support senior leadership decisions
• Identify execution and organizational issues, drive improvements, and close leadership commitments
• Manage portfolio-level backlog and coordinate Agile ceremonies across teams
• Lead high-urgency initiatives from ambiguous goals to delivery
• Perform additional duties as assigned by business management
