Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IT or equivalent (Required).
• 5+ years of related work experience (Required).
• 3+ years in a hands-on technical role in a large-scale company, application or product environment (Required).
• 5+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment (Required).

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle by defining vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business and technical goals.
• Evaluate emerging AI models, platform advances, and shape the roadmap to adapt without disrupting employees.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and inform product decisions using usage, resolution quality, and cost data.
• Translate product strategy into detailed features and user stories, managing the backlog for distributed Agile teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate release schedules and onboarding of new capabilities.
• Monitor product performance and quality in production, addressing defects and driving continuous improvement.
• Partner with security, privacy, and governance teams to uphold responsible AI practices.
• Additionally, perform other duties as assigned by management.
