Job summary

3E is seeking a Product Manager to join the Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team. This forward-looking role offers ownership from discovery through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement across our safety portfolio, including 3E Protect and related services.

You will partner with Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and subject matter experts to translate customer and business needs into clear requirements and prioritized roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product management, EHS, chemical safety, regulatory compliance, product stewardship, or related field.
• B2B SaaS product management experience with enterprise platforms.
• Experience taking customer problems from discovery through planning and delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Experience evaluating, implementing, or replacing business software or applications.
• Ability to work independently, bring structure to ambiguity, and create a path forward when the solution is not fully defined.
• Experience cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
• Strong communication skills to translate needs into clear requirements for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with EHS, chemical safety, or regulatory compliance; products combining software with services or content.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum product development teams.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, customer implementations, or complex enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from discovery to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Translate customer, market, and business needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Clarify needs, risks, trade-offs, and success measures for ambiguous problems.
• Balance competing priorities across initiatives considering customer value, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams through planning, refinement, development, testing, release, and post-launch improvement.
• Ensure teams address the right problems with clear context and success criteria.
• Evaluate workflows and opportunities for improvement and define a path forward.
• Develop deep understanding of customers and their workflows through research and partnerships with customer-facing teams.
• Inform product decisions with customer insights, market context, and business priorities.
• Communicate direction, decisions, and progress clearly to technical and leadership audiences.
• Focus on adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and business impact.
