Job summary

3E is seeking a Product Manager for the Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team to own initiatives from discovery through continuous improvement. You will translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements and work with engineering, sales, marketing, and subject matter experts to balance value, business priorities, and technical constraints.

You’ll influence stakeholders, drive adoption, and focus on measurable outcomes while partnering across teams to deliver connected safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from discovery to prioritization, planning, delivery, adoption and continuous improvement.
• Translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements and success metrics.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing and subject matter experts.
• Drive measurable outcomes such as adoption, satisfaction, retention and business impact.
• Balance customer value with business priorities and technical constraints across initiatives.
• Partner with teams through planning, refinement, development, testing, release and post-launch
• Champion customer and business needs with clear context, requirements and success criteria.
