3E is hiring a Product Manager to shape the Chemical & Workplace Safety portfolio. You will own product direction from discovery to delivery, balancing customer value with business priorities.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and subject‑matter partners to turn problems into clear requirements and measurable outcomes. This role offers the chance to influence solutions across 3E Protect and related services, with ownership from prior to launch

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years in product management, ideally in EHS/chemical safety or regulatory domains.
• Experience taking customer problems from discovery to delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Own product work from discovery through planning, delivery, adoption, and improvement.
• Translate customer and market needs into clear requirements and priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer teams to drive outcomes.
• Lead launch readiness, adoption tracking, and ongoing product enhancements.
