Job summary

3E is seeking a Product Manager for the Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team. You will own initiatives from discovery to delivery, translating customer and business needs into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and subject matter experts to balance customer value with business priorities, driving adoption and continuous improvement across complex regulatory and content-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product management, EHS, chemical safety, regulatory compliance, or product stewardship.
• Experience with B2B SaaS products and enterprise platforms.
• Ability to translate customer problems into requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum; working with APIs, integrations, or complex enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from discovery through prioritization, planning, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Translate customer, market, and business needs into clear requirements and priorities.
• Balance competing priorities across initiatives with customer value and technical constraints.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams through planning, refinement, development, testing, release, and post-launch improvements.
• Ensure teams address the right problems by providing context, requirements, and success criteria.
• Develop deep understanding of customers and workflows through research and collaboration with customer-facing teams.
• Focus on measurable outcomes such as adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and business impact.
• Communicate product direction and trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
