Job summary

3E is seeking a Product Manager to lead our Chemical & Workplace Safety product team. You will drive discovery to delivery, shaping solutions across the 3E Protect portfolio while balancing customer value and business priorities.

You’ll work across Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and operations to deliver impactful outcomes. You’ll shape requirements, define success, and guide initiatives with a clear path forward even when the solution isn’t fully defined.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field and 5+ years in product management, EHS, chemical safety, or related area.
• Experience taking problems from discovery through prioritization, planning, and delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from discovery to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear requirements and success metrics.
• Partner with Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and operations to deliver connected solutions.
• Own launch readiness and adoption tracking for assigned product areas.
