Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Product Manager IV in Troy, MI to lead the Automotive E-mobility portfolio. You will own strategy, profitability, and lifecycle execution, coordinating with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to deliver growth and competitive positioning.

You will drive market analysis, price strategy, and cross-functional planning, while managing demand forecasting and post-launch performance to maximize revenue and margin.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, sales, or related fields.
• Experience in Automotive E-mobility preferred.
• 4-year technical or business degree required.
• MBA or relevant P&L experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 10-25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead market sensing and strategy development to define product strategy.
• Develop the Product Line Business Plan (PBP) and align cross-functional teams.
• Own the P&L for the assigned portfolio and drive profitable growth.
• Lead pricing, quoting, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to execute product development and commercialization.
