TE Connectivity Ltd. seeks a Product Manager IV for the Automotive E-mobility portfolio. The role owns product strategy, business performance, and lifecycle execution in a cross-functional environment including Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing.

Responsibilities include market sensing, business planning, pricing, and post-launch execution to deliver revenue growth and margins. Hybrid work with travel as needed in Troy, MI.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management or related fields.
• Experience in Automotive E-mobility preferred.
• Bachelor’s in technical or business field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for the assigned portfolio and drive growth.
• Develop pricing strategies and margin optimization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to execute product strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams and align with S&OP processes.
