Job summary

AlphaSense is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the developer experience for the AlphaSense Agent API. You’ll own the developer portal, docs, quickstarts, SDKs, and code samples, ensuring a fast and friendly path from first visit to production.

You will align the API with how teams consume LLMs and agents, partner with Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Education, and define a scalable developer experience across products.

Qualifications

• Experience owning public APIs, SDKs, or developer portals.
• Hands-on with the modern AI developer ecosystem; able to read API docs, authenticate, and make calls.
• Treat documentation and onboarding as a product to drive adoption.
• Scale developer experience in a fast-growing enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end developer journey from first visit to production.
• Drive the portal, reference docs, quickstarts, tutorials, code samples, and SDKs.
• Align the API with existing standards for consuming LLMs and agents.
• Make agentic workflows debuggable with structured responses and clear errors.
• Reduce onboarding time and time-to-first-call by tightening credentials and testing.
