Job summary

AlphaSense is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the developer experience for the Agent API. You will shape the developer journey, portal, docs, samples, and SDKs, ensuring the integration process is fast, reliable, and joyful for enterprise developers.

You’ll partner with Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Education to align the API with standard AI developer workflows, drive time-to-first-call improvements, and scale the developer experience as our platform expands.

Qualifications

• Expert in developer products and public APIs.
• Fluent in AI developer ecosystem and API conventions.
• Documentation and onboarding as a product.
• Experience operating in fast-scaling enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end developer journey from first visit to production.
• Drive the developer portal, docs, quickstarts, samples, and SDKs.
• Align API with LLM and agent conventions used by teams.
• Make agentic workflows debuggable with clear errors and tracing.
