Job summary

AlphaSense, headquartered in New York, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the developer experience for the AlphaSense Agent API. You will own the developer portal, docs, quickstarts, SDKs, authentication, and structured responses to ensure fast, reliable integrations.

You’ll align the API with modern AI developer workflows, partner with Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Education, and drive a scalable developer experience as the platform expands to additional products.

Qualifications

• Experience owning public APIs, SDKs, or developer portals.
• Hands-on with AI developer tools; can read API docs, authenticate, and make a call.
• Treat documentation and onboarding as a product.
• Experience operating in a fast-scaling enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end developer journey from first visit to production.
• Make the portal and docs a first-class surface with tutorials and samples.
• Align the API with standards used to consume LLMs and agents.
• Make agentic workflows debuggable with structured responses and logs.
• Cut time-to-first-call by reducing onboarding friction.
