Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to own the DeFi Borrow experience end-to-end, spanning vision, strategy, and execution for web and mobile.

You will drive the multi-year roadmap for crypto-backed loans, collaborate with Risk, Legal, and Finance, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable loan workflows in a remote-first environment that values high performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience shipping consumer or pro-sumer financial products at scale.
• Ability to define multi-quarter strategy, translate it into roadmaps and experiments, with measurable growth results.
• Familiarity with onchain concepts and DeFi lending protocols to collaborate with engineers.
• Proven use of quantitative analysis to inform decisions and simplify complex concepts.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the DeFi Borrow product area end-to-end, from vision through launch and iteration.
• Drive the multi-year roadmap for crypto-backed loans and new product surfaces.
• Define OKRs and lead cross-functional teams to meet them.
• Partner with Engineering to ship scalable borrowing experiences with safety and reliability.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to meet regulatory and controls expectations.
• Build operational rigor with runbooks, on-call readiness, and incident playbooks.
