Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Product Manager for the DeFi Borrow team within the Consumer & Business group. You will own the end-to-end product experience for crypto-backed borrowing, bridging Coinbase's centralized platform with onchain lending protocols to deliver simple, secure loan flows.

Lead the multi-year roadmap for crypto-backed loans, define OKRs, and collaborate with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to ensure compliance and a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management for consumer/prosumer finance products.
• Ability to define multi-quarter strategy and roadmaps.
• Familiarity with on-chain concepts and DeFi lending protocols.
• Proven use of data to guide product decisions.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own DeFi Borrow product area end-to-end from vision to launch.
• Drive multi-year roadmap for crypto-backed loans.
• Define OKRs and lead cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Engineering for scalable borrowing experiences.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance to meet regulatory expectations.
• Build launch runbooks and incident playbooks.
