Job summary
Félix is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Customer Surfaces & Messaging to own the end-to-end strategy for the Félix App, WhatsApp experience, and core Messaging Gateway. You will lead the surface portfolio roadmap, optimize provider economics, and ensure a seamless conversational experience across channels while partnering with Product Design and Engineering.
The role requires a technically fluent, user-obsessed product leader with experience in mobile apps, messaging infra, and APIs,
Qualifications
- Multichannel product UI experience across mobile, web, and messaging.
- Collaborates with design and engineering to ship polished experiences.
- Strong usability, IA, accessibility, experimentation, and metrics.
- Ability to adapt experiences to different surfaces and channels.
- Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and messaging infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Own the surface portfolio and roadmap from research to launch.
- Own the Felix app end-to-end, from requirements through delivery.
- Own WhatsApp strategy and provider relationships, and economics.
- Ensure the shared conversational experience is preserved across channels.
