Job summary

Félix in the United States is seeking a highly hands-on Product Manager to lead the building and scaling of its next-generation payments platform, the backbone that moves money from funding to settlement.

The role requires deep technical depth, platform-level strategy, and a bias-for-action mindset to optimize conversion, authorization rates, and unit economics while partnering with engineering, finance, and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on payments, in a fast-paced startup or growth environment.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to work with engineering on API-based payments solutions, SQL basics, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Define & Execute Payments Product Strategy across processors, banking partners, and payment methods.
• Own the Payment Orchestrator and its rules engine for routing and settlement.
• Hands-on data analysis and experimentation to improve conversion and authorization.
• Expand payment methods and integrations across cards, wallets, ACH, cash, and other rails.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, and Operations for scalable solutions.
• Coordinate with Fraud, BD on partnerships, and executive stakeholders.
