Job summary
Félix in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Customer Surfaces & Messaging to own the end-to-end product strategy for the Félix App, our WhatsApp experience, and the core Messaging Gateway. You will drive the surface portfolio roadmap and ensure a consistent conversational experience across channels.
You will partner with Product Design and Engineering to create intuitive touchpoints for millions of Latino immigrants, balancing user needs with provider constraints and APIs.
Qualifications
- Experience designing customer-facing surfaces across mobile, web, and messaging channels.
- Ability to turn user needs into intuitive interaction patterns.
- Strong understanding of usability, IA, accessibility, and metrics.
- Experience partnering with design and engineering teams.
- Technical fluency with APIs and messaging systems.
Responsibilities
- Own the surface portfolio roadmap and prioritization.
- Lead end-to-end product strategy for Félix App and WhatsApp experience.
