Job summary

Félix, a fast-growing fintech serving Latino immigrants in the U.S., seeks a Senior Product Manager for Customer Surfaces & Messaging to own the end-to-end product strategy for the Félix App, our WhatsApp experience, and the core Messaging Gateway.

You will drive surface portfolio roadmaps, partner with Product Design and Engineering, and build polished touchpoints for millions of users while scaling gateway integrations.

Qualifications

• Strong product craft for customer-facing interfaces across mobile/web/messaging
• Experience turning user needs into polished shipped experiences
• Understanding usability, IA, accessibility, experimentation, and behavioral metrics
• Ability to adapt shared experiences across surfaces and channels
• Technical fluency with APIs and integrations is a plus
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is required

Responsibilities

• Own the surface portfolio and roadmap from research through launch
• Own the Félix App end-to-end strategy and delivery
• Own WhatsApp strategy and optimization of provider capabilities and economics
• Ensure surface experiences preserve a consistent conversational experience across channels
