Job summary

Félix is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Customer Surfaces & Messaging to own the end-to-end product strategy for the Félix App, WhatsApp experience, and our core Messaging Gateway. You will drive our surface portfolio roadmap, and optimize provider economics while ensuring our signature conversational experience translates seamlessly across channels.

Partnering closely with Product Design and Engineering, you will build intuitive, highly polished user touchpoints for millions of Latino

Qualifications

Strong product craft in customer-facing user interfaces across mobile, web, and messaging.
Experience partnering with design and engineering to translate user needs into intuitive interactions.
Strong understanding of usability, information architecture, accessibility, experimentation, and metrics.

Responsibilities

Own the surface portfolio and roadmap from research to launch.
Own the Félix app end-to-end, including requirements and delivery.
Own WhatsApp strategy, Meta relationship, and provider dynamics.
Ensure surface experiences adapt to channel capabilities while preserving consistency.
