Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. is seeking a Product Manager for the Construction Technology team in Riverside, CA, to lead vision, strategy, and performance of our growing technology portfolio. You will advise customers, sales teams, and manufacturers while driving adoption and market leadership.

You will own the product line’s direction, develop business plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions that support growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a management or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of construction equipment, technology solutions, market trends, and customer applications.
• Ability to develop and execute product strategies, business plans, budgets, forecasts, and growth initiatives.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with customers and partners.
• Analytical skills to evaluate market conditions, sales performance, and competitive activity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to present ideas and influence decisions.
• Valid work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall performance, growth, profitability, and strategic direction of the construction technology product line.
• Serve as the primary relationship owner with manufacturer partners and key customers, leading strategic discussions and solution development.
• Develop and execute business plans, sales strategies, budgets, forecasts, and growth initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and support Product Specialists and sales teams with training and tools to drive customer success.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities and growth strategies.
• Partner with sales, service, parts, and technology teams to ensure operational readiness and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
