• Proven Leadership Experience: demonstrated success leading teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Industry & Technology Knowledge: strong understanding of construction equipment and technology solutions.
• Strategic Business Acumen: ability to develop and execute product strategies, plans, budgets, forecasts and growth.
• Customer & Relationship Focus: exceptional customer service skills and partner relationships.
• Analytical Problem Solving & Communication: analyze market conditions and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Valid work authorization: able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
