Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. seeks a Regional Aftermarket Manager (Construction Technology) to lead training, support, and escalation across our Construction Technology Support Centers.

You will coordinate activities, strengthen OEM partnerships, and deliver technical expertise to grow RDO's construction technology business. Responsibilities include coaching CSAs, driving growth opportunities, aligning service and parts initiatives, and ensuring safety and standards across locations.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory/management experience.
• Industry and/or aftermarket parts and service support experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor CSAs to promote, assess, and close service work.
• Conduct weekly customer visits and quarterly reviews to identify opportunities.
• Drive aftermarket business through parts initiatives and promotions with Deere.
• Collaborate with Service departments to ensure consistent support and processes.
• Set regional direction for aftermarket activities and safety culture.
