RDO Equipment Co. is seeking a Product Manager for the Construction Technology team to lead vision, strategy, and performance across a growing technology portfolio. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, sales teams, and manufacturers, shaping market strategy and driving adoption.

You will lead people, develop business opportunities, and deliver solutions that create real customer impact while aligning with the company’s values and goals.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in management or leadership roles.
• Industry knowledge of construction equipment and technology.
• Strategic business acumen with ability to develop and execute plans.
• Customer relationship focus with ability to build long-term partnerships.
• Analytical problem solving and strong communication skills.
• Valid work authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Strategy: Own performance, growth, profitability, and strategic direction of the construction technology product line.
• Build Manufacturer & Customer Partnerships: Serve as the primary relationship owner with manufacturer partners and key customers, leading strategic discussions and solution development.
• Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute business plans, budgets, forecasts, and growth initiatives to maximize revenue.
• Develop People & Teams: Lead, coach, and support Product Specialists and sales teams with training and tools.
• Champion Market Leadership: Analyze market trends and opportunities to drive growth strategies.
• Strengthen Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with sales, service, parts, and technology teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
