You will advise customers, sales teams, and manufacturer partners while driving market adoption and shaping the future of construction technology across the organization. You will influence market strategy, grow opportunities, and deliver solutions with real customer impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and performance of the construction technology portfolio.

• Lead, coach, and support Product Specialists and sales teams.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to grow market share.
• Collaborate across sales, service, parts, and technology teams to ensure readiness.
