3E is seeking a Product Manager to join our Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team. This role offers meaningful ownership from discovery through delivery, turning complex problems into clear product direction and prioritized requirements.

You’ll collaborate across Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and subject matter experts to deliver solutions that balance customer value with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in product management or adjacent roles (B2B SaaS preferred).
• Experience turning complex problems into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from discovery through prioritization, planning, delivery, adoption, and improvement.
• Translate customer needs into clear requirements, priorities, and approaches.
• Lead with clarity in ambiguous problems, defining success measures and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Customer Experience, Sales, and Marketing to deliver outcomes.
