3E is seeking a Product Manager to join the Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team. You will own product initiatives from discovery through prioritization, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement, shaping solutions across our safety portfolio.

You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, SMEs, and operations, balancing customer value with business needs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in product management, EHS, chemical safety, regulatory compliance or related field.
• Experience with B2B SaaS products and enterprise platforms.
• Ability to translate customer/business problems into requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Comfort with ambiguity and making data-driven decisions.
