Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience taking problems from discovery to delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Experience evaluating and improving business software or applications.
• Ability to work independently and bring structure to ambiguity.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence without formal authority.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills; ability to adapt to changing needs.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from discovery through prioritization, planning, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Translate customer and market needs into clear requirements and deliverables.
• Clarify needs, risks, trade-offs, and success measures in ambiguous situations.
• Balance competing priorities across initiatives to maximize customer value and business impact.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams throughout planning, development, testing, release, and post-launch improvements.
• Define clear context, requirements, and success criteria to ensure the right problems are solved.
• Own launch readiness, adoption tracking, and ongoing improvement for assigned product areas.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and SMEs to develop connected solutions.
