Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of product management experience in life sciences, focusing on chromatography or bioprocessing.
- Experience in regulated environments (GMP/ISO).
- Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for affinity ligands and chromatography resins.
- Translate VOC and market research into new product opportunities across lifecycle stages.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, regulatory, and commercial teams for product performance and compliance.
- Lead pricing, positioning, and GTM campaigns; monitor performance and drive improvements.
