Job summary

Repligen Corporation in the United States is seeking a Director of Strategic Marketing to lead global marketing strategy for the Chromatography portfolio, including resins and pre-packed columns. You will own market positioning, multi-channel demand generation, and lifecycle marketing, driving pipeline growth and revenue.

You will champion AI-driven marketing capabilities, partner with Product, Commercial, and Applications teams, and lead a small team to deliver high-impact content and campaigns

Qualifications

Track record of global product commercialization and integrated marketing strategy development.
10+ years of marketing experience in life sciences, bioprocessing, or related industries.
Experience in chromatography or downstream bioprocessing strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Own development and execution of global marketing strategies and annual plans for Chromatography.
Translate objectives into multi-channel demand generation programs driving pipeline growth and revenue.
Lead integrated campaigns and content across digital, technical, and field channels.
