Job summary

Repligen Corporation seeks a driven Bioprocessing Sales Specialist to grow the OPUS pre-packed column portfolio across the Midwest and Southeast. You will partner with account managers, product management, and applications to move opportunities from early discussions through scale-up and commercialization.

The role requires a hunter mentality with strong chromatography knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to travel up to 65% domestically.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bioprocessing sales or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of downstream purification and chromatography.
• Proven track record in account penetration and new business creation.
• Experience with SFDC or similar CRM.
• Willingness to travel up to 65% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and achieve/exceed targets for OPUS columns and related portfolios.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting and account planning.
• Partner with Business Account Managers to develop opportunities across biopharma, CDMOs, and biotech.
• Serve as technical and commercial expert for OPUS columns through development, scale-up, tech transfer, validation, and manufacturing.
• Develop trusted relationships with scientists, manufacturing leaders, purification engineers, and procurement teams.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, facility tours, and product demonstrations.
• Forecasting, opportunity management, and sales reporting in SFDC.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to support strategy.
• Represent Repligen at conferences and regional events.
