Job summary

Repligen Corporation seeks a Bioprocessing Sales Specialist to drive growth for OPUS pre-packed chromatography columns across the Midwest and Southeast. You will partner with account managers, product management, and applications to advance customers from early development through scale-up and commercialization.

The ideal candidate will have a hunter mindset, strong chromatography knowledge, and proven success in expanding new and existing accounts, with travel up to 65% domestically and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in bioprocessing sales, technical sales, applications support, process development, or downstream manufacturing.
• Proven ability to grow sales via new opportunities, account penetration and expanding existing relationships.
• Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth for OPUS columns and related portfolios in defined regions.
• Build and manage a pipeline through proactive prospecting and strategic account planning.
• Partner with Business Account Managers to develop opportunities across biopharma accounts.
• Serve as technical/commercial expert for OPUS columns through process development, scale-up, tech transfer, validation, and manufacturing.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity management in SFDC; provide market intelligence and competitive insights.
