Job summary
Repligen, a leader in bioprocessing, is seeking a Director of Strategic Marketing to shape global marketing strategy for the Chromatography portfolio, including resins and pre-packed columns. You will translate business objectives into multi-channel campaigns and revenue-driving programs while integrating AI-powered insights.
In this player-coach role, you’ll partner with Product, Commercial, and Applications teams, lead a small team, and drive market intelligence, content strategy, and KPI
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of marketing experience in life sciences, bioprocessing, or related industries.
- Experience in chromatography or downstream bioprocessing strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the development and execution of global marketing strategies and annual plans for the Chromatography portfolio.
- Translate business objectives into multi-channel demand generation programs that drive pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue.
- Define and evolve market positioning, segmentation, and value propositions to strengthen leadership in biologics.
