Repligen Corp seeks a Bioprocessing Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth for the OPUS Pre-Packed Chromatography Column portfolio across the Midwest and Southeast. You will be the regional SME, partnering with Account Managers, Product Management, and Applications to support customers from process development through scale-up and commercialization.

The role requires a hunter mindset, 5+ years in bioprocessing sales, and deep chromatography know-how.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of bioprocessing sales, applications support, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of downstream purification processes and chromatography technologies.
Proven ability to grow sales through new opportunities and account expansion.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth and exceed targets for OPUS portfolios, including ELISAs and pre-packed chromatography columns.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline through prospecting, engagement, and strategic account planning.
Partner with Business Account Managers to grow opportunities across biopharma, CDMOs, and biotech accounts.
Serve as technical and commercial expert for OPUS columns through development, scale-up, tech transfer, and manufacturing.
Develop trusted relationships with process development, manufacturing, purification, and procurement leaders.
