Job summary

Repligen Corporation is seeking a Bioprocessing Sales Specialist to drive growth for OPUS pre-packed chromatography columns across the Midwest and Southeast. You will act as the regional expert, supporting customers through development, scale-up, tech transfer, validation, and commercial manufacturing.

The role requires a hunter mentality, strong chromatography knowledge, and the ability to position OPUS as the preferred platform for biopharmaceutical manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in bioprocessing sales, technical sales, applications support, process development, or downstream manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of downstream purification processes and chromatography technologies.
• Proven track record of growing sales territory through new opportunity creation and account penetration.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets for ELISAs, OPUS Process Development and Large Scale pre-packed chromatography columns.
• Build, manage, and maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting and strategic account planning.
• Partner with Business Account Managers to identify opportunities across biopharma, CDMOs, and emerging biotech accounts.
