Job summary

Repligen Corporation is seeking a Bioprocessing Sales Specialist to drive growth of the OPUS Pre-Packed Chromatography Column portfolio across the Midwest and Southeast. You will lead new business acquisition, expand strategic accounts, and act as the regional expert collaborating with Account Managers, Product Management, and Applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology/biochemistry/biotechnology/chemical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of bioprocessing sales or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of downstream purification and chromatography technologies.
• Demonstrated hunter mentality with ability to close opportunities and grow accounts.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and prospecting tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for OPUS columns and related portfolios.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and strategic account planning.
• Partner with Business Account Managers to develop opportunities across biopharma and CDMOs.
• Serve as technical and commercial expert for OPUS columns through process development, scale-up, and tech transfer.
• Develop relationships with process development scientists and manufacturing leaders.
• Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Position OPUS as the preferred chromatography platform by articulating value and integration with downstream solutions.
• Maintain forecasting, opportunity management, and Salesforce reporting; represent at conferences and events.
