Job summary

Kong Inc., the AI Connectivity Company, is seeking a Product Manager, Billing to own the platform behind Konnect’s money-making processes—entitlements, metering, checkout, invoicing, and related enterprise and marketplace billing workflows.

The role leads the commercial operating layer, defining pricing, packaging, and provisioning and partnering with Sales, Finance, and Engineering to deliver scalable, revenue-accurate experiences for customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in SaaS.
• Experience in billing, monetization, or pricing domains.
• Experience with pricing or packaging changes from proposal through to production.
• Experience with consumption-based monetization and metering.
• Experience with Stripe or a metered billing platform.
• SQL or data tooling used for decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year platform direction for pricing, metering, and invoices.
• Build unified entitlements model across contracts and billing.
• Translate pricing decisions into production configurations and plan migrations.
• Own checkout, subscription lifecycle, and revenue-influencing workflows.
• Coordinate enterprise and marketplace billing across cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Migrate to target automated workflows and a new pricing/packaging framework.
