Kong is seeking a Product Manager, Billing to own Konnect's commercial operating layer—entitlements, metering, checkout, invoicing, provisioning, and related enterprise and marketplace workflows. You will translate Sales guidance into a scalable billing product with strong cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Sales, GTM, and Engineering.

Formación

• 6+ years in SaaS product management, with 2+ years in billing, monetization, or pricing.
• Ability to co-design billing architecture with engineering partners.
• Experience taking pricing or packaging changes from proposal to production.
• Experience scaling consumption-based monetization and balancing simplicity and accuracy.
• Proficient in data analysis using SQL, Snowflake, or similar.
• Direct experience with Stripe or metered billing platforms.
• Experience defining billing surfaces such as checkouts, invoices, and dashboards.
• Familiarity with API/infrastructure or developer-platform products.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end pricing transformations.

Responsabilidades

• Define multi-year platform direction for pricing, meters, entitlements, and invoices.
• Build entitlements into a first-class contract-driven concept.
• Translate pricing decisions into production configurations and migrations.
• Oversee metering, usage visibility, and revenue-accurate reporting.
• Own self-serve checkout, subscription lifecycle, and retries/dunning.
• Align enterprise and marketplace billing with CPQ and cloud integrations.
• Automate provisioning and replace manual workflows.
• Define health metrics: net revenue retention, billing churn, invoice disputes.
